WDCS is the global voice for the protection of whales, dolphins and their environment. We take action to stop the threats that whales and dolphins face, to protect them and the places they live. We work to make the world a better place for whales and dolphins through a range of political campaigning and lobbying, active conservation projects and world class science, research and education initiatives.
Whales and dolphins are incredible, intelligent mammals yet their survival is threatened by human activity. Driven from safety, hunted, tortured, killed, captured, blasted by noise and poisoned – they face more dangers than ever before. WDCS supporters and staff share a vision and a passion for these beautiful and endangered creatures. We share both the belief that they are worth protecting, and the commitment to keep on fighting for them.
WDCS relies on public donations to continue with its vital work. This year alone we are funding 32 conservation and science projects, spanning 25 countries.

Jumping from a perfectly serviceable aeroplane takes a good deal of courage. Just ask your friends, family and work colleagues how much they are prepared to pay not to jump out of an aircraft, and put that money to the cause.
The WDCS is working with the Red Devils in 2009 and has an event organised on the 11th of June near Nottingham for which there are limited places available - reserve yours now!
