Indoor Skydiving Terms and Conditions


Click and Jump act as an agent on your behalf and not for Airkix. The responsibility for all indoor skydiving activities rests solely with Airkix and any queries or complaints with regards to these should be made to the indoor skydiving centre concerned.

You must comply with the Indoor Skydive Centre's rules at all times.

Maximum weight to do an indoor skydive is 18 stone (114kg). If you are over this weight and your instructor considers it to be unsafe for you to take part you risk forfeiting your voucher and therefore any moneys paid.

The minimum age is 5 years or above (Young flyers must be able to comfortably wear one of the helmets provided).

You will be required to sign a statement of risk prior to your flight.

Your instructor will be responsible for the final decision as to whether you are able to make your flight.

Alcohol must not be consumed on the day of your flight. If you are considered to be intoxicated from the previous evening, you will be denied your flight and you risk forfeiting any monies paid.

Indoor skydiving gift vouchers are non refundable. They can however be transferred to another Person. You do not need to notify Click and Jump or Airkix of name changes before arrival.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 9 months, they are issued with an expiry date and all flights must be taken on or before that date. It is not possible to make your booking before the expiry date and fly after the expiry date.

If you need to change your booking once it has been confirmed, you must contact Airkix directly. Airkix ask that you give more than 48 hours notice if you wish to change your booking. If you give less than 48 hours notice you will not be able to reschedule your flights. In the event that Airkix reschedule your flights within a cancellation period, there will be an administration charge. If you fail to arrive for your flights or fail to reschedule your flights 48 hours in advance your booking will no longer be valid.

Click and Jump cannot accept any responsibility if Airkix has to postpone their operation or change their opening Days. Airkix reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice. You can be assured that this would only happen in the event of failure, unscheduled repairs, maintenance or circumstances outside of their control.

In the event that Airkix does cancel your booking, it will be rescheduled at the next available time to suit you within the terms of the type of booking.

Click and Jump Ltd can not take any responsibility for any personal injury or losses incurred during the participation of the indoor skydiving activity. You the participant will accept all responsibility for any personal injury or loss.
