Terms and Conditions
Click and Jump act as your agent, rather than an agent for any of the UK wide Drop Zones. Our role is to select the most suitable Drop Zone for your needs, and attempt to secure your first choice of jump date. We only select Drop Zones affiliated to the British Parachute Association (National Governing Body for Safety and Training), and those that we consider to have the highest available standards of safety and customer care. The conduct and responsibility for parachuting activities lies entirely with the Drop Zone.
Refund Policy (Skydiving Experiences) - Refunds for skydive experience bookings (including vouchers) will be made at the discretion of Click and Jump Ltd Company Management.
Refund Policy (Merchandise) - Customers who purchase T-shirts, or any other merchandise from Click and Jump Ltd, will be entitled to a 100% refund if the goods are returned within 7days of purchase.
Alterations Policy (Skydiving Experiences) - Once your booking is confirmed and your deposit paid, your skydive is non-transferable. Alterations to the selected date can be made and will incur an administration charge of £30. Alterations made within 3 days of your booked skydive will incur a £50 fee.
No Show Fee - If you fail to arrive for your booked skydive, a rebook fee of £50 will apply.
Vouchers - Vouchers are non-transferable and valid for 9 months from date of purchase.
The final decision on your suitability to skydive rests entirely with the club and their instructors. You must comply with the club’s rules at all times.
You must not consume alcohol on the day of your skydive, or to excess the night before.
If bad weather (or circumstances beyond the Drop Zone’s control) prevents you from jumping on your selected date, a new date can be arranged at no cost. In order to rebook, you will need to speak directly with the Drop Zone concerned.
If you arrive without the necessary paperwork you may forfeit your skydive.
We accept no responsibility for personal injury or losses of any kind whilst you are participating in the sport. You may elect to buy additional insurance cover over and above the included standard BPA 3rd party cover which provides up to £2,000,000 cover. Click and Jump is not authorised to recommend any particular product.
